Terms and Conditions of 5g5g – Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you, the user, and the 5g5g, operator of the Sports Betting and online casino platform accessible at 5g5g.click. Using any part of the platform — whether to browse, create an account, deposit, bet, or play — constitutes automatic and full acceptance of this document in its most current version.

The 5g5g reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically, especially before making deposits or placing higher-value bets.

These Terms apply to all products available on the 5g5g: Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, poker, blackjack, and any other service currently or future available on the platform. 2. Registration and Account

To access the services of the 5g5g, the user must create an account by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, including:

• Valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal do Brasil
• Active email address used exclusively by the account holder
• Valid Brazilian mobile number with area code (DDD)
• Date of birth confirming minimum age of 18 years

Each individual may hold one account only on 5g5g. Detection of duplicate accounts — even with different details — will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the freezing of balances, pending review by the compliance team. The 5g5g is not liable for losses resulting from the closure of duplicate accounts.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from their account is their responsibility, regardless of who actually performed it. The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory for withdrawals and may be requested at any time by the 5g5g. Required documents include a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license), a recent proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the bank account used for transactions.

3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

The services of 5g5g are available exclusively to individuals who simultaneously meet all of the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 years completed at the time of registration
• Residence in Brazil or access via internet from Brazilian territory
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion list with the 5g5g or recognized self-exclusion programs
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 5g5g staff member 5g5g

The 5g5g employs age and residency verification mechanisms. Any false information provided during registration or identity verification will result in immediate account closure and withdrawal suspension pending an internal investigation. Winnings obtained on the basis of false information will not be paid out.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

The 5g5g accepts only Brazilian payment methods, processed in BRL. The available methods are:

• Pix — instant transfer via Pix key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key)
• Boleto Bancário — processed within 1 business day after clearing
• Credit and debit card — card brands accepted as indicated at checkout
• PicPay — Brazilian digital wallet
• Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallet
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification in accordance with the anti-money laundering (AML) policies of the 5g5g.

Pix deposits are credited immediately upon transaction confirmation. The 5g5g does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet may apply their own charges, over which the 5g5g has no control over or responsibility for.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Using bank accounts, cards, or digital wallets belonging to third parties to make deposits on 5g5g. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be returned and may result in account closure.

5. Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of the available balance in their account at 5g5g at any time, provided that identity verification (KYC) has been completed and there are no active restrictions on the account.

General withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00
• Primary method: Pix, processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions
• TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account held in the name of the registered user
• No withdrawal fee for standard Pix transactions

The 5g5g may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to full completion of the wagering requirements specified in the corresponding promotion before they can be processed.

The 5g5g reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours in cases under security review. The user will be notified of any hold and may contact support to follow up on the process.

6. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at the 5g5g cover competitions such as Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

General betting rules:

• Minimum stake per bet: R$ 5.00
• The odds shown at bet confirmation are the odds that will be applied to the final result
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where a cancellation feature is expressly available on the platform for that market
• If an event is postponed, pre-match bets are generally cancelled and the balance refunded, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules
• Live betting is subject to broadcast delays — 5g5g is not liable for bets placed based on already-known outcomes resulting from signal delay

The 5g5g reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data entry mistake. In such cases, the full staked amount will be returned to the user's account balance.

The use of any software, bot, script, or automation to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts where automated behavior is detected will be suspended and withdrawals blocked for review.

7. Casino & Games

The 5g5g offers casino games — including slots, Live Casino with real dealers, crash games, poker, and blackjack — provided by internationally licensed suppliers. Each game has its own return-to-player (RTP) percentage, available in the game information on the platform.

The user acknowledges that:

• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring unpredictable and tamper-proof results
• No strategy guarantees consistent profit in casino games over the long term
• Past results have no influence on future outcomes in games of chance
• Crash games such as Aviator have specific rules available within each game

Live casino games with human dealers are streamed in real time. The 5g5g is not responsible for transmission interruptions caused by issues with the user's internet connection. If a disconnection occurs during a round, the outcome will follow the game provider's rules.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

The 5g5g offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which take precedence over these general rules in the event of any conflict.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are credited automatically or upon request, as described in each individual promotion
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 30x rollover means wagering 30 times the amount received
• The rollover deadline is defined in each promotion and, once it expires, any unconverted bonus balance is removed from the account
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn before all wagering requirements have been fully met
• The 5g5g reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice published on the platform
• Users whose betting patterns are focused exclusively on bonus extraction may have their bonuses cancelled with no balance returned

9. Responsible Gambling

The 5g5g adopts responsible gambling as a core operating principle. The platform provides the following tools for all registered users:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, set by the user directly in the account dashboard
• Loss limit — control over the maximum amount the user is willing to lose within a given period
• Voluntary pause — temporary suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately by the user
• Self-Exclusion — permanent closure of account access for a defined period or indefinitely
• Reality check — periodic notifications keeping you informed of your active session time on the platform

By continuing to use the platform, the user declares that they are betting with their own funds, consciously and within their financial means. 10. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by submitting a request to suporte@5g5g.click. Any available balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with Section 5 rules before the account is permanently closed.

The 5g5g may immediately close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Duplicate account detection for the same CPF or individual
• Use of automated software, bots, or other fraudulent means
• Attempting to manipulate games, outcomes, or platform systems
• Suspected money laundering or illicit financial activity
• Platform access by users under 18
• Any material breach of these Terms and Conditions

In cases of closure due to a violation, the 5g5g reserves the right to withhold balances until internal investigations are complete. Balances derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content 5g5g — including logo, visual identity, text, analysis, tips, software, interfaces, data, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of the 5g5g or its licensors, protected under Brazilian intellectual property and copyright laws.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, or commercially using any platform content without prior express written authorization from 5g5g. Personal, non-commercial use of platform content for entertainment purposes is permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 5g5g provides the platform as-is, making every effort to ensure stability and continuous availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

The 5g5g is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on analyses or tips published on the platform
• User-side internet connection issues during live betting or casino games
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the platform beyond the amount actually deposited in the account
• Payment delays caused by third parties, including financial institutions and Pix operators

The total liability of the 5g5g toward any user is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

The 5g5g may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date published on the platform or on a later date expressly stated. Users will be notified via their registered email at least 7 days in advance of material changes that affect existing rights.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a modification, you must close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance before the new rules take effect.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709/2018), and the Ministry of Finance regulations applicable to the Sports Betting and online gaming market in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 5g5g that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court in the user's city of residence in Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
